Healing Stupa

Our private sound healing and meditation sessions take place inside a spiritually activated stupa.  It is a peaceful and sacred dome ideal for sound healing, meditation, and spiritual practices. In Buddhist culture, a stupa symbolizes the enlightened mind and the path to enlightenment.
Inside the healing stupa, we use various healing tools like gongs, bells, ting shaws, singing bowls, and other sound-producing instruments. These tools are arranged to harmonize and produce healing sounds that resonate throughout the dome. This creates deep vibrations within the body and fosters a profound sense of silence in the mind, allowing participants to immerse themselves in a cosmic symphony.
